MIXOSAURUS DAW Drums released Mixosaurus Expert Virtual Drums, a new 122 Gb Virtual Drumset, powered by Native Instruments Kontakt Player 2, that aims to provide “virtual drum authenticity“. It comes pre-installed on its own FW800 / eSATA Hard Disk Drive which you simply plug in to your computer. No sample installation or copying of huge sample data files required.

MIXOSAURUS comes as a customized version of Kontakt Player 2 software and extensive use of scripting functionality allows you to apply changes or effects at virtually any point in the signal flow – if you want to. If not, you turn off all that jazz with a single click and have the GUI cleared.
